Using the site or playing 195-0 means that you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

These terms cover the website, Classic Draft, Daily Challenge, leaderboard, and related features. They may change when the site changes. The date above shows which version is currently posted.

195-0 is a free browser game. You do not need an account to play. The current version has no paid subscriptions, purchases, or prizes.

You need a compatible device, browser, and internet connection to use the site. If you are below the minimum age for online services where you live, ask a parent or guardian before using it.

The game calculates scores from its published rules. These rules cover role fit, category bonuses, country variety, penalties, and simulation variance. A score belongs to the game. It is not a prediction, official ranking, or assessment of a real person or government.

Classic Draft lets you respin before you view a round's candidates. The Daily Challenge gives all players the same rounds, does not allow respins, and resets at 00:00 UTC. See the How to Play guide.

After a completed run, you may submit a commander name and verified score. Submitted names appear publicly on the leaderboard and may contain up to 30 characters.

Keep email addresses, phone numbers, home addresses, and other private information out of commander names. Do not use a name to impersonate someone, harass people, promote illegal activity, or mislead other players.

195-0 may remove a submission or limit leaderboard access when a name or score breaks these rules, appears fraudulent, or damages the service. The leaderboard page explains how scores are ranked and how ties are handled.

Use 195-0 for personal and lawful play. Do not interfere with the website or its APIs, bypass score checks, use bots to change results, send malicious traffic, or disrupt the service.

Do not impersonate 195-0, harass people through the site, submit hateful or illegal content, or present the fictional game as a claim about a real person.

The 195-0 name, logo, interface, game rules, scoring system, original text, and original code are owned by 195-0 or the relevant rights holders. You may play the game and share a link to it. Do not copy, sell, scrape, or republish the site, or a substantial part of it, without permission.

Some game content refers to real people, public figures, countries, and professions. Those references are part of the fictional game. Categories, ratings, descriptions, scores, and outcomes say nothing about anyone's real abilities, beliefs, character, or political views.

195-0 may link to or use Discord, Google, Adsterra, DANG, Startup Fame, and other third-party services. Each service has its own terms and privacy policy. 195-0 cannot control their content, availability, or practices.

A link does not mean that 195-0 endorses another website or takes responsibility for it. Read the third party's terms before using that service.

Features can be added, changed, paused, or removed. This includes Daily puzzles, candidate data, scoring rules, and leaderboard behavior.

The site can be unavailable during maintenance or because of a problem outside 195-0's control. The site may contain errors and may not work on every device. No promise is made that it will always be available.

Use 195-0 for entertainment only. It does not provide political, military, financial, legal, medical, educational, or professional advice.

Where the law allows it, 195-0 is not liable for indirect losses, interruptions, lost data, or problems caused by third-party services. These terms do not remove consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

You can stop using 195-0 at any time. 195-0 may remove a leaderboard submission or restrict access when someone breaks these terms, attacks the service, or uses the site unlawfully.

The sections on intellectual property, submitted names, disclaimers, and limits of responsibility still apply after you stop using the website.
